Kate provides counseling services for individuals 18 years and over, couples, and families. Kate is also a BCACC Approved Clinical Supervisor and offers support for other counsellors.

Holistic nutrition provides you with real and sustainable ways to support your body and mind. Kate believes that in order to optimize our health, we need to focus on:

She goes through an in-depth analysis of your health concerns, your lifestyle, and habits, while discussing goals. An individual collection of recommendations are provided, and when applicable, a meal plan and shopping list. Recommendations made are nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement based. Lifestyle recommendations typically include stress management strategies.
If meal planning is not your strength, Kate offers pre-made meal plans to take the guess work out of meal planning. Pre-made plans include 'Eating for Anxiety', 'One pot meals', 'Freezer meals', 'Family meals' and more.
